The event will be from 10AM-2PM this Saturday, April 27. Please try to show up to the CPE Lawn at 9:45 AM, so that y'all can find your mentors and be sorted into your groups. Parents can park cars in Speedway Parking Garage (we will be providing vouchers to cover the payment at the end of Tours).

In addition, we do have a liability statement for UT Tours, so please respond confirming that you have received this email and understand the following: 

The University of Texas at Austin Cockrell School of Engineering will not take custodial responsibility for minors while participating in UT Tours. Custodial responsibility will remain with teachers, parents, legal guardians, and chaperones. Specifically,

• SEEK will only allow minors who attend with their parent/guardian/adult chaperone access to the event.
• SEEK requires that parents/guardians/adult chaperones be present for the duration of the event. Dropping off the participating minor is not permitted.
• SEEK will turn away minors who show up for the event without their parent/guardian/adult chaperone.

They will be showing us many different buildings of UT's Engineering department with many hands-on activities.  They will also be providing lunch (probably pizza).
