Cedars International Academy offers our students an Early Exit Bilingual model at our PreK-8th Grade campus, which means we want to support students in their native (Spanish) language as they become fluent English speakers as early as possible. As a small, tuition-free charter school, we have 2-3 teachers in each grade level and typically have smaller class sizes than the average public elementary school. Our district prides itself in compensating teachers at a salary that is comparable to Austin Independent School District's payscale. In addition, we offer a stipend to all Bilingual certified teachers.
