Dear Cedars Families,
A special thanks to all the families participating in the PTO Photos with Santa event last Friday. This week, students and staff will participate in our themed dress-up week. We also will enjoy our Annual Winter Performance on Tuesday, December 17, at the LBJ Theater at 6:00 pm. Families will enjoy a to-go dinner after the show. Please don’t forget that Thursday, December 19, is an early dismissal day at 12:30 pm. We will not provide aftercare, so please arrange for your child to be picked up early. December 16 - Girls & Boys Basketball Game vs. Harmony School of Endeavor @ HSE Gym (6:00 & 7:00 pm)

December 16-19 - Dress Up Week - We encourage all students to participate in the fun and celebrate the season together!

December 17 - Winter Show: Our talented students will showcase their music and drama skills at the annual winter concert, which will be held at LBJ Theater, 7309 Lazy Creek Drive, at 6:00 pm.

December 19 - Early Dismissal for Winter Break is at 12:30 pm, and no Aftercare will be provided. Please arrange your child’s pick up no later than 1:00 pm.

December 20- January 6 - School will be closed for Winter Break.

Recent News:
We are excited to announce the return of our Annual International Festival and Silent Auction, which will be held on May 2, 2025, at Cedars International Academy. This event promises to be a fun and enriching experience for our school community, celebrating the diverse cultures represented by our students and families while raising funds to support school improvements and academic and enrichment programs.
This year, we ask each grade level to contribute gift cards and merchandise for the Silent Auction. Your participation will help us ensure this important fundraiser's success while allowing students to contribute to the event actively.
Please read through the parent letter to review the donations requested per grade level for our event in the Spring.
As we wrap up the year, we are grateful for your continued support and partnership in making this school year a success. Thank you for actively participating in our events and fundraisers and supporting your child’s education.
